CHASKA, Minn. (August 17, 2016) – The PGA of America has released a comprehensive spectator guide for the 41st Ryder Cup that will be held September 27 through October 2 at Hazeltine National Golf Club in Chaska, Minnesota.
This all-inclusive information guide details on-site experiences, the full schedule of events, daily play formats, key site information, transportation information, and a special message from the 2016 Ryder Cup captains. Gate Hours
Tuesday, September 27 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday, September 28 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Thursday, September 29 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Saturday, October 1 6:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

9-hole scramble featuring celebrities from the United States and Europe.
Wednesday, September 28
Ryder Cup Practice Round Beginning at 8:00 a.m.
Players may practice at any hole during these times and may or not play all holes.
Junior Ryder Cup Friendship Matches 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
A mixed four-ball match featuring members of the United States and European Junior Ryder Cup teams
Thursday, September 29
Ryder Cup Practice Round Beginning at 8:00 a.m.
Players may practice at any hole during these times and may or not play all holes.
Past Captains Matches
9-hole scramble featuring former Captains from United States and European teams 12:00 p.m. – 2:45 p.m.
Pre-Opening Ceremony 3:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Opening Ceremony 4:00 p.m. – 4:50 p.m.
This ceremony marks the official start of the 41st Ryder Cup and will feature live music, anthems and Team introductions. All spectators with a Thursday ticket are invited to attend this event located at the south end of the Practice Range.
