Angus Flanagan won the 2020 Minnesota State Open at The Royal Golf Club on July 9th. On the final day, he shot the course record 64 to finish 2 strokes ahead of runner up Frankie Capan. Flanagnan won the championship with a 3 day total of 201, 15 under par.
