Minnesota Golf Association Privacy Policy
The Minnesota Golf Association, (the “MGA” or “we” or “us” or “our”), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, recognizes the importance our members, donors, visitors to our web sites and users of our mobile applications place on the privacy of their information. We created this privacy policy statement (“Privacy Policy”) to demonstrate our commitment to protecting the privacy of your information as described below and to explain the privacy policies and procedures of the MGA.
This Privacy Policy describes how the MGA collects, uses, and shares: (1) information gathered from visitors to the web site mngolf.org (the “Site” or the “MGA Web Site”) and mobile applications (the “Apps”) where this Privacy Policy appears (the Site and the Apps are collectively referred to herein as the “Services”), and (2) information collected offline from our members and donors.

Personal Information. We receive and store any personal information you provide to us through our Site or give us in any other way, such as when you register an Account through our Site, request information, products or services from us through the Site, complete a survey on the Site, or communicate with us via email through the Site or an email provider. Welcome to mngolf.org. This website is owned and operated by the Minnesota Golf Association (“MGA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
