REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Minnesota Golfer Magazine
The official publication of the Minnesota Golf Association
The Minnesota Golf Association is currently reviewing proposals from prospective vendors for the publishing and design of its flagship publication, Minnesota Golfer. Published semiannually, Minnesota Golfer is distributed to a broad audience of MGA Member Clubs, Associate Members, and key stakeholders across the state’s golf community.
Under the direction of the MGA’s Marketing & Communications Committee, the association is seeking a publishing and design partner to help elevate the magazine in alignment with the MGA’s strategic communications goals for 2026 and beyond.
Through this RFP process, we aim to identify a partner who can bring the MGA’s vision to life and further position Minnesota Golfer as a premier voice in the game. The ideal publishing partner will:
- Align the magazine with the MGA’s strategic communication priorities
- Deliver clean, compelling design and layout execution
- Create impactful advertising opportunities for MGA partners
- Enhance the visibility and prestige of Minnesota Golfer, the MGA, and our partners
