Golf That Brings Everyone Together

The North Star Series is open to all golfers — men and women, young and old, seasoned competitors or first-timers. These events celebrate the diversity of Minnesota golf, bringing together players of all ages and abilities in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Every participant receives a fantastic tee gift from UNRL, the official apparel partner of the MGA, and has the chance to win other fun prizes throughout the day. The North Star Series features a full summer schedule of four-player team events at some of Minnesota’s top courses. Each event offers a casual, inclusive experience with great golf, great company, and some fun competition.

Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the North Star Series, players must have:

An active MGA Associate Membership
An active GHIN/Handicap Index (required no later than two weeks prior to your first event)

Divisions of Play

Players compete within their respective divisions at each event. Each division provides competitive opportunities among players of similar age and experience while maintaining a unified Tour community.

Open Division (Ages 18–54)

Yardage 6200-6600 yards
Net & Gross Prizes

Senior Division (Ages 55+)

Yardage 5700-6000 yards
Net & Gross Prizes

Women's Division

Yardage 4800-5200 yards
