Ben Polland played high school golf for Bloomington Jefferson and college golf for Campbell University, which has a Golf Course Management Program. He is the PGA Director of Golf at Shooting Star of Jackson Hole in Teton Village, Wyoming. He is not a member of the PGA Tour; so he is not listed on the official PGA Tour Money List. If he were a member, however, he would be No. 181 on the list, based on the $20,424 that he won on Sunday in the Cognizant Classic. In 2016, Polland won the (National) PGA Assistant Professional Championship. In 2024, he won the (National) PGA Professional (Club Pro) Championship, and also the Rocky Mountain PGA Section Championship.
